AI briefing terms made clear

Terms of Service

Clear terms so you can focus on intelligence, not legalese. By using Leading AI Briefing services, you agree to a platform usage agreement built for safe, compliant, and ethical AI briefing delivery. Why bury the rules? We’d rather surface them plainly.

Effective date: July 19, 2026 Enterprise-ready framework Data stays client-owned
Platform usage guidelines

Use the platform responsibly, and it works beautifully

Our rules are short on drama and long on clarity. No illegal processing, no credential sharing, and no API abuse. Sounds fair, right? That’s how we keep AI platform compliance tight for enterprise teams.

Acceptable use and access

Use Leading AI Briefing only for lawful business purposes. You’re responsible for the people who access your account, the credentials you issue, and the data you choose to submit. Want a clean audit trail later? Start with tight access control now.

Fair use and API limits

API calls, bulk briefing requests, and scheduled distributions must stay within the limits assigned to your plan. If your workload shifts, we’ll help you re-size the configuration rather than let performance wobble.

Compliance addenda

HIPAA, PCI, and financial-regulatory addenda are available where applicable. Need procurement to tick more boxes? We can attach the relevant schedules to the agreement so your legal review doesn’t stall.

What the contract covers

Three pillars, one stable enterprise AI contract

Subscriptions, billing, and liability sit at the centre of the agreement. Why make procurement guess? These cards spell out the practical parts in plain English.

Subscription tiers

Plans scale by shift volume, team size, and data throughput. You get the right capacity for your cadence, not a bloated bundle you’ll never use.

Billing and renewal

Billing follows the term you select, renews according to the order form, and can be cancelled under the stated notice period. Clean, predictable, procurement-friendly.

Unused briefing credits

If your organisation underuses a briefing allowance, credits are handled in line with the plan terms. No mystery maths. No hidden tricks.

Subscriptions and billing

Pick the operational shape that fits your shifts

We don’t publish pricing here, because enterprise agreements vary. What you do get is a transparent structure for usage, service levels, and renewal behaviour. Doesn’t that make approval easier?

Core briefing plan

For focused teams

Designed for smaller departments that need dependable AI shift briefings without a heavy operational footprint.

  • Defined monthly or annual term
  • Briefing volume tied to team usage
  • Standard support and reporting cadence
Enterprise coordination plan

For multi-site organisations

Built for distributed operations that need richer integrations, stricter governance, and scheduled briefings across departments.

  • Service-level expectations attached to the order form
  • Higher data volume and workflow coverage
  • Optional compliance schedules for regulated sectors
Liability and disclaimer

Advisory output, bounded risk

The platform is powerful, but it still advises rather than decides. AI outputs help your team move faster; they don’t replace professional judgement, internal controls, or regulatory review. Who wants that liability fog anyway?

Service “as is”. The platform is provided on an advisory basis, and we don’t guarantee that every generated briefing will suit every internal policy or external rule set. Your team remains responsible for final decisions and approvals.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period. That’s the practical ceiling, and it keeps the contract aligned with standard enterprise procurement expectations.

Indemnification. If a data incident or misuse is caused by client-side actions, including weak access control or unauthorised data submission, the client indemnifies Leading AI Briefing as set out in the agreement.
